1. This is to reiterate that the selling of MGI products that are below MGI’s published official prices(SRP) is strictly PROHIBITED. Please be reminded that MGI requires all of its members to strictly comply with the MGI Code of Ethics.

2. Poaching or attempting to poach any potential NEW/EXISTING MGI members of other members to register under his or her own network tree is highly PROHIBITED. A violation of this rule might subject the erring member to temporary or permanent suspension of his or her account upon the discretion of the company.

3. The offering of term payments, with or without interests, to customers who purchase MGI products is not allowed. Similarly, a violation of this rule may subject the erring member to temporary or permanent suspension of his or her account upon the discretion of the company.

MGI HQ has the inherent right to investigate and discipline any erring member and to impose appropriate sanctions which may include suspension or termination of membership in case of violation of existing company policies.
