As with all alleged violations of policy, MGIClub HQ investigates issues and takes the appropriate action up to and including suspend / termination of membership in violation of the MGI Code of Ethics, Chapter IV Article 2 Paragraph 2.And can even be reported as a CRIMINAL ACT

2. Marketing / Selling MGI Products through MARKETPLACE platform ( lazaxxx, shopxxxx , etc ) is STRONGLY PROHIBITED & violating the regulations of the Ministry of Trade as regulated in Article 21 PERMENDAG/2019/NUMBER70 as well violation of the MGI Code of Ethics. Chapter V Article 2 Paragraph 5.
